Fall is finally here, and as much as I do not want summer to end I will admit I love some good fall festivities. Finding fun fall activities sometimes can be a pain in the butt. I took all the time I could to find as many fall activities and haunted houses that sounded fun!
Fun Fall Activities to Enjoy:
- Pick pumpkins at a local farm – picking pumpkins is literally the most fall like fall activity you can do. Pumpkin picking is always a super fun activity to do with friends or family, especially if you find a good place to do it. Many local farms create an entire pumpkin picking, some even have hay rides and sell food and drinks. The best thing about picking pumpkins is the fact that you can use them for so many things. Take your pumpkins home to decorate, carve some cool designs in them with friends or use them to make some delicious fall foods.
- Get spooked at a haunted house – haunted houses are probably my favorite fall activity. Grab a few friends and spend the fall time hitting as many haunted houses as you can. Last year it was slim pickins for haunted houses so why not find a good one to enjoy this year.
- Go To a fall festival – Fall festivals are always an enjoyable time.
- Enjoy the fall foliage – The best free fall activity you can do is to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. The short period of time when the leaves change colors is one of the best events all year. Head on down to a park or a cute spot full of trees and just enjoy the colors.

(This is one of the two that I have already visited this fall. Fright Farm is one of my favorites, unfortunately, they are having trouble hiring actors for the event so there weren’t near as many people jumping out at you as you would expect but the overall experience was great!

(This is the other haunted house we have visited so far this year. The grounds are beautiful. There were more actors here than in the first place, and the walk hayride and trail were really cute. Fright Farm is still my favorite so far.)
